Drupal GovCon 2016 Wrap-up

Drupal GovCon 2016, one of the largest Drupal Conferences on the East coast, wraps up today at the National Institutes of Health.  The event was organized and generously hosted by the NIH Library which is currently in the process of migrating the library site to Drupal. 

Over 1,000 individuals from government agencies, associations, nonprofits, colleges and private companies attended the conference and participated in sessions focused on Drupal design, development and business topics including:

Fig Leaf Software lead a pre-conference Drupal session called Ready, Set, Drupal 8! which is a course developed by Acquia and taugh regularly as a free seminar at the Fig Leaf Training Center in Washington, DC and online. 

As web developers and designers seek to build a training path for learning Drupal 7 or Drupal 8, Fig Leaf has created a free infographic to showcase training options for Certified Drupal Training.

Attendees of the upcoming National Association of Government Webmasters event will also be able to participate in the Ready, Set, Drupal 8! event to take place on September 20, 2016 in San Antonio, Texas.
